Wynk Weekly Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility

The Wynk Weekly Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Rhode Island, New York, Florida, and any other states where prohibited by law) where Wynk products are sold, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. A current list of states where Wynk products are sold is available at https://drinkwynk.com/pages/faq. Employees of Wynk, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wynk, located at 1619 New London Road, Landenberg, Pennsylvania 19350 (“Sponsor”).

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

Online: Visit www.drinkwynk.com/socialleadgen and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form, including your name, email address, and other required information.
Mail-In: Hand-print your full name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope to: Wynk Weekly Giveaway, 1619 New London Road, Landenberg, PA 19350. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025, and received by January 7, 2026, to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all eligible entries received during the preceding week (Monday through Sunday). Drawings will occur on or about the following Mondays: June 16, 23, 30; July 7, 14, 21, 28; August 4, 11, 18, 25; September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; October 6, 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17, 24; December 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, 2025 (total of 29 drawings). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received each week. Non-winning entries will not carry over to subsequent weeks.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email within two (2) days of the drawing date. Each potential winner must complete, electronically sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance and provide proof of age and residency (e.g., a valid government-issued ID) within five (5) days of the date notice is sent to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the required documents, or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that week. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately three (3) weeks after each weekly drawing.

Prizes

Each week, from June 16, 2025, to December 29, 2025 (29 weeks), one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, awarded as a check or electronic transfer. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $1,000, with a total ARV of $29,000 for all prizes. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The Sponsor may issue a 1099-MISC form to winners as required by law. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

General Conditions

If the Sweepstakes is impaired for any reason (e.g., fraud, technical issues, or unauthorized intervention), or cannot run as planned, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and resume it in a manner consistent with these Official Rules; or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and award prizes from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment. If the entry website is unavailable for more than 24 hours, the Sponsor may extend the Sweepstakes Period or provide an alternative entry method. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) technical errors (e.g., network or server failures); (b) unauthorized intervention; (c) errors in Sweepstakes administration or entry processing; or (d) injury, death, or damages caused by participation or prize use. The Released Parties’ liability is limited to the cost of entering the Sweepstakes, and entrants waive claims for punitive, consequential, or indirect damages.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These Official Rules and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Winner List

To request the list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wynk Weekly Giveaway Winner List, 1619 New London Road, Landenberg, PA 19350. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.
